This isn’t exactly to-scale with the relative sizes of the buildings, but it’s enough to be starting from. The two labelled Baskerville are the research facility and the inn. St. Bart’s is the morgue and the roof. 221B isn’t enterable — it’s where you set the cards, and where you go when you’re ready to accuse.

Bottom center may be Tesco’s, not sure if I want to include it or not.

Considering Planetarium for top left. The problem with the current placement is that, in theory, the Pool needs a secret passage to whatever’s in top left. (Yes, this means I am planning on a secret passage between Diogenes and NSY, deal with it. I also kind of want a passage from St. Bart’s roof to 221B, but that’s just my sense of humor.)

All of the possibilities for the remaining squares: Planetarium, Tesco’s, Janus Cars, National Antiquities Museum, Roland Kerr Further Education College.

I’m trying to stick with things that have logos — haven’t verified if Angelo’s has one shown, need to check if the Planetarium gets a firmer name. (Scandal is really the only episode that doesn’t have a specific location in the twelve — Irene’s (obviously) has no logo, and the airfield and Buckingham seem a bit… wrong.)

And mostly if anyone has any suggestions / commentary, please do speak up. Trying to work it all out.

Maybe the Tram way, circus or bank? (I know all the same episode and mostly people almost died there). But a thought. There is also the railroad tracks ( though technically the body was moved there). That was where the flash-disk guy was when they found him. There’s also the beach where they found the Goelems first victim, but that’s just me thinking/typing aloud.
